Terms of use
Last updated: [DATE]
These terms cover your use of the Arcade, which is run by [TRADING NAME]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. By using the Arcade you agree to these terms.
Free trial
When you first open the Arcade on a device you get a free 7-day trial with every game unlocked. The trial is for each device and does not renew. When it ends the games are locked until you buy full access. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
Full access
- Full access is a single, one-off payment. It is not a subscription.
- It unlocks all the games in the Arcade on the device you buy on, and on up to 5 devices in total using your licence key.
- Your licence key is shown straight after you buy, and again under "Your licence key" on any device with full access. Please keep a copy, because we can't look it up from your name or email.
- The price is shown before you pay, including any taxes.
Who sells it
Purchases are sold by Stripe as our reseller (merchant of record) through Stripe Managed Payments, and Stripe's terms of sale also apply to the payment. Stripe sends your receipt.
Your right to cancel
Full access is digital content that starts as soon as you pay. When you buy, you ask for access to start immediately and you agree that you then lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect your rights if the Arcade is faulty or not as described. See our refund policy for when we will give a refund.
Using the Arcade
- Please don't share your licence key publicly or try to get round the free trial or the lock.
- We may add, change or remove games and features over time. We will try to keep the Arcade available but can't promise it will always be available or free of faults.
- Games can be played offline once they have been opened while online. Full access needs to check in online at least once every 30 days.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for full access.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes won't take away full access you have already paid for.
