Because you can try every game free for 7 days before buying, we hope you'll know whether the Arcade is right for you. If something goes wrong we want to put it right.

When we give refunds

• Something doesn't work. If the Arcade or a game doesn't work on your device and we can't fix it, we'll refund you.
• Bought by mistake. If you bought by accident, for example a child got past the grown-ups question, contact us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you.

This is on top of your legal rights for faulty digital content, which are not affected.

How to ask

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number from the receipt email. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days. As our reseller, Stripe may also give refunds directly where the law or its own policies require.

After a refund

Once a purchase is refunded, its licence key stops working and the games lock again on every device it unlocked.
